We have the expert capability to produce almost any rotationally moulded plastic product, from the very simple to the highly intricate and complex.
The rotational moulding process is ideally suited to making small production runs economically viable, so we can produce your products in high or low volumes to suit your needs.
Each product we manufacture can require an individual level of attention to detail. That’s why we have a team of long serving, highly trained and motivated operators at every stage of the process, from the weighing and colour matching of material through to trimming and quality control.
Commitment and capacity
We have consistently re-invested in the company, and have substantially grown our business through re-location into larger premises and investment in the latest, state-of-the-art equipment.
We currently have 5 machines situated in three self-contained units, with machine capacities ranging from 1.6 to 3.5 metres.
This enables us to manufacture anything from the smallest of components, right up to some of the biggest custom plastic products in the industry - whilst still maintaining a competitive edge.
